Our new home under construction is our Pelican with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage with a pool. This home will have a Key West elevation and will include all the features that all our Carney homes have that help make it a high quality home. See features that are in our home listed below.

We have windows and sliders installed and the roof will be coming soon. Also, the A/C duct work is complete. Working on the electrical rough in the home. Moving along well.

Paver driveway, Metal Roof, tile throughout the home, no carpet, high-quality PGT windows and sliders that are all impact rated, no shutters needed.

  • We use a Tie Beam Most builders use a bond beam system where the trusses are fastened to the top of the block on the home. We have a continuous poured concrete tie beam that is poured around the exterior walls that makes the home stronger
  • We use PGT Windguard Impact glass windows and sliders. They are top of the line for southwest Florida. They help soundproof the home, they are stronger, last longer and have better warranties with them.
  • We only use Plywood on our roofs and homes, no OSB anywhere.
  • Extra Insulation, R38 R30 to help make the A/C more efficient and electric bills lower, this in conjunction with the high quality sliders/windows. Lower electric bills and a home that is more quiet.
  • There is tile flooring under all cabinets.
  • We use satin high-quality paint and we not only spray a coat on your home, we also roll a second coat on the home when it is almost complete. We even tint the primer to help match the color you selected.
  • We install Flexible Waterproofing around all the windows, sliders and doors. This helps create a moisture barrier.
  • We install a similar Flexible Waterproofing behind all the showers and bathtub walls.
  • We use a Trane, Carrier or Lennox brand A/C system.
  • Check out the Finished Carpentry Trim, behind the toilets, around the dryer vent. Every aspect of the home is finished to perfection.
  • Schluter trims with shower tiles.
  • Floor outlet in Great Room.
  • 4 Hose Bibs, (exterior spigots). Custom located by you.
  • We use a Belt Drive Lift Kit with 2 Remotes for your garage doors.
  • Single Ceiling Trays as per floor plans with 5 1/4” Crown Molding.
  • The garage has Pull Down Stairs, and a pass door from the garage to the outside.
  • We use 42” uppers in Kitchen Cabinets with Crown Molding and 36” uppers in the laundry room with Crown Molding. Cabinet Boxes are Plywood with Wood Doors and we use Dovetailed doors and Soft Close drawers.
  • Generous flooring allowance that allows you more choices and also allows for tile throughout the home.
