Investors will have the opportunity to purchase $500K units in the Carney Fund. This Fund will be used to purchase distressed and court auctioned residential and land properties in Southwest Florida. The Fund will receive a yearly 10% preferred return, plus 50% of remaining profits.
The total number of units available will be capped at 40.
