I would like to confirm that the home inspection is not a contingency anymore based on the agreement that the existing lawn in the front and on both sides of the house will be replaced by a new sod as installed in the back of the house. A nice royal palm tree will be planted (approx. 9-10’) at the spot which was selected by buyer. To do the work you need a time window of 2 weeks, and it will be done at no expense to buyer.
