My experience with Carney was nothing less than excellent. The entire staff, from the time that we put the contract together, to getting questions answered was nothing but superb. We were even able to change the closing date at the last minute, even though the attorney had to come over from the other coast. Every question that the homebuyers had, and these were first time home buyers, was answered quickly, efficiently and if something wasn’t right, it was taken care of. Even the home inspector was happy to do the inspection because it was a CarneyHome. Carney is getting an incredible reputation in Cape Coral, and I can only hope to do business again with Carney Properties and the staff.
